Privacy policy

This policy explains what Diffora Inc, which operates Abliterate, does with your information.

What we don't keep

We don't store your prompts or the models' replies. Policy checks read them and record only a score and an outcome.

What we keep

  • Your account: your email address and name, and if you sign in with Google, the identifiers Google provides. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
  • Sessions: a sign-in cookie, your IP address and your browser's user agent, which help us keep your account secure.
  • Billing: your credit balance and payments. Stripe holds your card details; we never see them.
  • Usage: for each request, the time, model, token counts, GPU time, cost and API key, and any policy decision.
  • Training data: if you use it, a dataset's brief and records, until you delete the dataset or 30 days have passed.

Who processes your information

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and the API, and delivers our email.
  • Runpod runs the GPU workers. A job's input and output are kept there for up to 30 minutes and then deleted.
  • Stripe processes payments.
  • Supabase hosts the database holding usage and billing records.
  • Google, if you choose to sign in with it.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use your prompts or replies to train models. We may share information when the law requires it.

Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can read and download your usage in the console and delete datasets at any time. To close your account, or for any question about your information, contact us at support@abliterate.tech. We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
